Microtone Audiology, Inc. is hiring a full-time Audiology Assistant for our Santa Rosa, CA., office. Applicants must be proficient in English as well as Spanish. We offer a competitive salary, healthcare, PTO, and 401-K benefits. In this role, you will be a helping hand for our audiologist. No audiology experience? No problem---we'll give you all the training you need.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING;

• Welcoming patients and making them feel at ease
• Assisting receptionist in booking appointments to keep our schedule running smoothly
• Answering calls and helping with patient inquiries
• Trouble shooting hearing aid issues (we'll teach you how)

YOU WILL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:

• Love working with people and have a friendly, professional manner
• Are organized, reliable, and enjoy keeping things on track
• Are familiar with basic computer systems
• Have experience in administration and/or healthcare
