About The Nantwich Clinic
The Nantwich Clinic is looking for a friendly, professional and experienced Audiologist to join our team.
We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming, patient-focused environment where people receive high-quality, personalised care. We are looking for an Audiologist who shares this approach and is passionate about helping patients improve their hearing, communication and overall quality of life.
The Role
As our Audiologist, you will provide comprehensive hearing assessments and personalised hearing care to patients, supporting them from their initial consultation through to treatment, fitting and ongoing aftercare.
You will work as part of our wider clinical team while having the autonomy to deliver an excellent audiology service and build trusted, long-term relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and consultations.
- Assess patients' hearing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide clear, supportive advice to patients and their families.
- Recommend, fit and programme appropriate hearing aids and hearing technology.
- Provide hearing aid reviews, adjustments, maintenance and ongoing aftercare.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Explain test results and treatment options in a clear and reassuring way.
- Deliver consistently high standards of clinical care and patient experience.
- Work collaboratively with other clinicians and members of The Nantwich Clinic team.
- Maintain professional standards and keep knowledge and clinical skills up to date.
- Support the continued development and growth of audiology services within the clinic.
About You
We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical knowledge with an approachable and patient-centred manner.
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Be a qualified Audiologist with relevant UK professional registration.
- Have experience conducting hearing assessments and providing hearing solutions.
- Have experience fitting and programming hearing aids.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be confident working independently while also enjoying being part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Take a thorough, ethical and personalised approach to patient care.
- Be organised, reliable and comfortable managing a varied caseload.
- Have a genuine interest in building lasting relationships with patients and delivering excellent aftercare.
Experience within private audiology would be advantageous, although we welcome applications from suitable candidates from a range of audiology backgrounds.
What We Offer
This is an opportunity to become an important part of a friendly and established clinic, with the scope to contribute to the continued development of our audiology service.
We offer:
- A welcoming and supportive clinical environment.
- Competitive remuneration based on experience.
- The opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary clinic.
- A strong focus on patient-centred care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Opportunities for professional development and to help shape the future of our audiology service.

If you are an Audiologist who is passionate about providing excellent hearing care and would like to join the team at The Nantwich Clinic, we would love to hear from you.
Please apply with your CV and a brief covering letter outlining your experience and interest in the role.
