What they need

Magnolia ENT is growing, and they are looking for a licensed Audiologist.

But before you apply, you must know, their culture is very important…please carefully read their core behavioral values:

1. DEPENDABLE EXCELLENCE

I show up for my teammates and patients every single day. This means I follow through on every commitment. When I say I'll do something, it gets done - no exceptions, no excuses.

2. GROWTH THROUGH COLLABORATION

I believe in lifting others up and growing together. I eagerly share my knowledge, take time to properly train my teammates, and step in to help when someone needs support.

3. DIRECT & HONEST COMMUNICATION

I address issues head-on and speak with transparency and respect. I help create an environment where honest conversation flourishes and problems get solved quickly.

This is who they are…if any of these core behavioral values rub you the wrong way, they will not be a good fit.

If it feels like they are talking about you, then please apply.

Magnolia ENT is looking for an upbeat, ambitious, and patient-focused Doctor of Audiology to join our expanding team. We serve patients across multiple locations, including LaGrange, Newnan, Stockbridge, Peachtree City, and Sharpsburg, Georgia.

Magnolia ENT is a well-established and rapidly growing practice. Our team prides itself on a truly patient-centered approach—meeting each patient’s unique needs and improving their quality of life through better hearing.

We are seeking a motivated, self-driven, licensed Audiologist (Au.D. or M.A./M.S.) with strong clinical skills and interest in all aspects of audiology. Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations and treatment with amplification.
