Audit Analyst

About the Company

Quadraflake Consulting is a technology-based consulting company focused on digital transformation and helping enterprises improve their digital capabilities.
As part of our growing team, we are looking for Data Analysts to support projects in the healthcare sector. The role involves understanding business requirements and converting them into clear requirements for the technical team. The analyst will plan and document data analysis activities and support the development of dashboards and visualisations. The role also includes analysing business processes and data, addressing feedback, and suggesting suitable dashboard designs. Candidates with background in audit, economics or statistics, having a keen interest in data analysis are encouraged to apply.

Role

The role requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a combination of process understanding, statistical applications, business analysis and basic data analysis. Please share your CV updated with relevant experience, including at least two professional references.

Candidates would be assessed based on the following capabilities:

Technical Capabilities

· Strong understanding of business processes and control environment

· Ability to identify and document process flows based on activities, data points, and controls

· Demonstrable ability to investigate data to achieve the purpose of analysis

· Ability to apply basic statistical concepts to business processes and interpret data using appropriate statistical methods

· Ability to connect process-related activities with relevant data and derive meaningful insights

· Basic hands-on knowledge of Power BI

Working Capabilities

· Ability to collaborate and work in a team-oriented environment

· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills engaging with team members from technical and non-technical areas

· Passionate about learning new skills and is a quick learner

· Ability to use technology to solve business problems and work in fast-paced environments

· Analytical thinking for independently verifying requirements versus output

· Demonstrate ability as a self-starter and to complete tasks independently

Education

Candidates and semi-qualified professionals from CMA, CA, CIMA, and post-graduates in economics or statistics may apply.

Certifications

Data analysis certification would be an added advantage.

Languages

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English is a must.

Working Location

The role is onsite at Chennai and hence, only Chennai residents or candidates with immediate willingness to relocate to Chennai may apply.

Working Hours

Indian Standard Time – 8 hours a day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
