Audit & Account Assistant

• Knowledge of GST & TDS , Bank reconciliation, financial accounting, support in audits , job timing 10.30-8 PM , experience in Tally , tally ERP -9 and MS excel advanced.
• 1 year minimum experience .

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day financial accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and maintain accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
• Handle GST and TDS related accounting and compliance activities.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and accounting reports.
• Provide support during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents and records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Prepare MIS and other financial reports using Advanced MS Excel.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.
