• Manage overall inventory control and audit activities across multiple outlets.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits, stock counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify and investigate stock shortages, excesses, damages, expiry, and variances.
• Monitor GRN, stock receiving, transfer, issue, and adjustment processes.
• Conduct surprise audits at outlets and warehouses.
• Prepare inventory and audit reports with variance analysis.
• Monitor stock movement and minimize inventory loss and shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, Procurement, and Outlet Teams.
• Supervise and guide the Audit & Inventory team.
• Take corrective action on inventory discrepancies and operational irregularities.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years
• Education: association of chartered certified accountants (acca )
• Skills: inventory management, inventory control, stock management, inventory management strategies
