Audit and Taxation Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits and related documentation.
• Assist in Income Tax Return preparation, Tax Computation and Tax Compliance.
• Handle GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliations and related activities.
• Assist with TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports and accounting schedules.
• Prepare Project Reports, CMA Data and financial projections as required.
• Assist in Corporate Law and ROC-related compliances and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients for collecting financial and statutory information.
• Perform accounting, bookkeeping and other financial assignments as required.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Stay updated with changes in Tax Laws, GST, Companies Act and other applicable regulations.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Fresh CA / CA Dropout or candidates with relevant experience in Audit & Taxation.
• Candidates who have completed CA Articleship will be preferred.
• 15 years of relevant experience in CA firms, audit firms or taxation practice.
• Strong academic background with good conceptual knowledge of Accounting, Audit and Taxation.
• Good working knowledge of GST, Income Tax and TDS.
• Basic understanding of Corporate Law / ROC Compliance.
• Good command over English communication and report writing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
