SALES SUPPORT

Updating and auditing of sales summary. Provides monthly sales report. Reports includes gross deliveries, returns, net deliveries to be submitted and emailed to the Finance Head.
Issuance of monthly reports of overdue accounts to be submitted to the Finance Head.
Approves audited computation of incentives provided by Audit Staff. Submits approved audited incentive to the Finance Head.

DELIVERY SUPPORT

Checks and encodes invoices for next day delivery which will be submitted by the sales support staff and return checked report daily by the Sales Support.
Approves daily report submitted by SS regarding the delivered items and expenses incurred.
Audits expenses incurred after delivery.
Prints summary of invoices issued for the day for monitoring to be submitted to the Finance Head.
Submits audited collated invoice to Finance Head ensuring completeness of its series and indicates encoded invoice status.
Checks deliveries submitted by Sales Support for quantity delivered and returned items.
Submits report of the monthly Deliveries to the Finance Head.

ADMIN SUPPORT

Submits purchasing file in excel format to Finance Head to the Finance Head.
