Audit Assistant

The Audit Assistantsupports the internal audit process by conducting financial and operational audits within the dealership. The role involves reviewing financial records, assessing compliance with policies, and identifying risks or inefficiencies in dealership operations as well as tracking the cash flow and accounts of companies to ensure that they are being recorded and processed correctly, that assets are protected through appropriate control measures, and that financial records meet legal standards.

Level of Authority

• Liaises and presents findings and recommendations.
• Prepares Audit reports
• Reports all inconsistencies to the Audit Manager /AVP for IT & Accounting

Qualifications – Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Course, Accounting or equivalent

Work Experience

• 0-1 year work experience in the same capacity

Skills – Essential

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office particularly in MS Excel

Skills – Desirable

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to meet deadline and manage multiple tasks

Key Accountabilities

• Execute audit according to standard procedure
• Examine data from multiple sources to find patterns, irregularities, and areas that need improvement.
• Uphold the principles of honesty, reliability, and credibility in all audit activities.

Pay: Php19,630.00 per month
