Role & responsibilities

1. Audit & Assurance
   Statutory audits of companies and corporate groups
   Tax audits, internal audits and bank audits
   Financial statement finalisation and audit execution

2. Direct Taxation
   Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns
   Handling tax audits and certifications
   Drafting replies to income tax notices and assisting in assessments

3. Indirect Taxation (GST)
   GST return filings, reconciliations and annual compliances
   GST advisory and litigation support

4. Corporate & Regulatory Compliances
   ROC filings and company law compliances
   FEMA and RBI related reporting assignments

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum CA Intermediate qualified (at least one group cleared; both groups preferred)
2. 3 to 4 years of practical work experience in a CA / CS firm
3. Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax and Corporate Compliances
4. Candidates based in Delhi preferred
