Job Overview

We are looking for an Audit Assistant to join the Internal Audit team. This role will assist in conducting internal audits, reviewing internal controls, documenting audit findings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting internal audit engagements.
• Perform audit procedures and properly document findings.
• Collect, review, and organize audit evidence and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing audit reports and presenting audit findings.
• Maintain audit working papers, records, and other documentation.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support process improvement and other internal audit initiatives.
• Perform other audit-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in auditing, accounting, or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Willing to work onsite in Intramuros, Manila.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
