The Opportunity

Due to the continued growth and expansion of our Audit & Assurance division, we are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Audit Supervisor to join our Sydney office.

This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate commencement available for the right candidate.

Skills, Experience and Attributes

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years' external audit experience within an Australian Chartered Accounting or CPA firm;
• Completion of the CA or CPA qualification;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills;
• Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• A proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented approach;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes; and
• A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience, responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with Partners and Managers to deliver high-quality audit and assurance services;
• Planning, coordinating and completing audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio;
• Participating in corporate finance engagements, including due diligence assignments, business valuations and IPO listings;
• Identifying opportunities to improve clients’ systems, controls and business performance;
• Preparing general purpose and special purpose financial reports;
• Drafting management letters and audit completion reports;
• Managing engagement budgets and timelines;
• Supervising, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members; and
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
