AUDIT ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audit procedures in accordance with the approved audit plan and company policies.
• Review financial, operational, and administrative records for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform data gathering, analysis, and documentation of audit findings.
• Prepare audit working papers and maintain complete audit documentation.
• Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and potential risks.
• Assist in preparing audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Verify the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on audit observations.
• Coordinate with departments regarding audit requirements and supporting documents.
• Ensure confidentiality of all audit information and company records.
• Perform other audit-related duties as assigned by the Audit Supervisor or Audit Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting Information System, Financial Management, Internal Auditing, or a related business course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in auditing, accounting, or compliance is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of auditing principles, accounting concepts, and internal controls is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
