What they need
- Draft AML Compliance Policies aligned with SEC, BSP, and AMLC regulations, circulars, and advisories.
- Regularly review policies and procedures to ensure ongoing effectiveness, and assess the implementation of updates.
- Conduct branch visits to verify staff compliance with AML policies.
- Register with the AMLC as a member of the Compliance Office and fulfill all legal obligations.
- Report suspicious or covered transactions to the AMLC portal with Board approval.
- Monitor customer transactions continuously, investigating high-value activities per approved matrices.
- Update the Negative List and PEP Database as scheduled.
- Consolidate high-risk or suspicious customer lists for further review.
- Assist in AML refresher training for staff.
- Perform follow-up audits to evaluate the adequacy of AML compliance actions and prepare management reports.
