Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any 4-year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and objectivity.
• Demonstrates professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Review outstanding customer balances and prepare confirmation letters and supporting documentation.
• Visit customers to verify account balances, payments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct physical inventory counts in warehouses twice a year or as required.
• Assist in audit procedures, documentation, reconciliations, and other audit-related activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
