An Audit Associate assists in conducting financial audits and ensuring that financial statements are accurate and comply with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and performing audit procedures.
- Review financial records, supporting documents, and transactions.
- Prepare audit working papers and documentation.
- Identify potential financial risks, errors, or irregularities.
- Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and explanations.
- Assist senior auditors in preparing audit reports and recommendations.
- Ensure audit work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
