Audit Associate

The Audit Staff ensures the accuracy of financial records and operational compliance across Anytime Fitness branches. This role involves auditing transactions, membership records, and operational procedures. The position follows a hybrid work setup, with a mix of remote tasks and on-site audits as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Audit daily sales, receipts, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank and membership records.
• Review membership contracts for policy compliance.
• Check inventory records and asset tracking.
• Assess internal controls and identify risk areas.
• Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and health regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with branch managers and finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of audit standards and regulatory compliance
• Experience in the fitness or service industry is an advantage
• Comfortable with both remote and on-site work (Cebu Clubs - Cebu IT Park & SM Consolacion)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
