What they need
- Perform audit assignments in accordance with approved auditing standards and firm methodologies.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of clients' accounting systems, internal controls, and business processes.
- Review accounting records, financial statements, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Examine and verify accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial records.
- Identify control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in reviewing tax reporting processes to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare audit working papers, schedules, and documentation in accordance with professional standards and firm requirements.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to supervisors and clients.
- Assist in completing audit engagements within the stipulated timeline while maintaining high-quality work.
- Perform other audit and assurance-related duties as assigned by the Audit Asst Manager / Director / Partner
