What they need
- Conduct regular audits of raw materials, spare parts, inventory, receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation.
- Review and validate records, reports, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and established standards.
- Review operational activities and identify discrepancies, irregularities, or areas for improvement.
- Monitor driver productivity and turnaround time (TAT).
- Support and monitor design mix control and related operational processes.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare audit findings and reports.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding audit findings and corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation of audit activities and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Perform other audit-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
