Job Title: Audit cum Admin

Responsibilities:

• Handle visitors, phone calls, emails, and front-desk activities.
• Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination.
• Maintain office records, files, registers, and documents.
• Maintain and organize audit-related files, records, and supporting documents.
• Check bills, invoices, vouchers, and receipts.
• Assist in audit, reconciliation, and verification activities.
• Prepare and maintain audit reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Assist with GST filing, GST-related documentation, and compliance activities.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
• Handle general office administration, filing, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate, preferably B.Com / BBA.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GST filing and GST-related procedures.
• Basic knowledge of audit documentation and record maintenance.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong interest in office administration and administrative activities.
