Audit Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and process-related activities.
• Review accounting records, invoices, payments, expenses, inventory, and supporting documents.
• Verify compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, control gaps, process weaknesses, and potential risks.
• Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Conduct inventory and stock audits, including raw materials, finished goods, and other assets.
• Coordinate with Finance, Purchase, Production, Stores, QA, and other departments during audits.
• Maintain proper audit documentation, working papers, and records.
• Support management in strengthening internal controls and improving operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and internal control procedures.
• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, seafood, or export industries will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
