Audit Executive

The Audit Executive is responsible for conducting internal audits and inspections of branch operations to ensure compliance with the company’s policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulatory guidelines. The role involves verifying financial transactions, loan documentation, customer records, cash balances, gold loan operations, pledged gold custody records, and other operational activities to identify discrepancies, irregularities, fraud risks, and control weaknesses. The Audit Executive must prepare audit reports, document observations, recommend corrective actions, and follow up with branch staff to ensure timely resolution of audit findings. The role also includes verifying adherence to KYC and AML requirements, monitoring operational risk, maintaining accurate audit records, and assisting in investigations and special audits when required. The employee must demonstrate integrity, analytical skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional communication while ensuring effective internal controls and compliance with company policies and applicable RBI guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
