Audit File Verification Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Audit Professionals to support our back-office team in file verification and audit documentation review. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant audit experience and be comfortable reviewing financial and supporting documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed verification of audit files and supporting documents.
• Review financial records, invoices, vouchers, statements, and other relevant documentation.
• Check files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, missing documents, and inconsistencies during verification.
• Maintain proper records of verified files and observations.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for clarification or additional documents.
• Prepare verification reports and maintain documentation as required.
• Ensure all assigned files are completed within the given timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Audit / Internal Audit / Statutory Audit / File Verification.
• Semi-Qualified CA / CA Inter candidates are eligible.
• Commerce graduates with relevant audit experience may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of accounting and audit documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good MS Excel and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
