Qualification: CA / CIA / MBA
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Banking / NBFC across Audit, Risk or Compliance.
- Hands-on experience in policy drafting, regulatory implementation and process documentation.
- Exposure to internal audits, risk assessment and control improvements.
- Strong Advanced Excel and regulatory reporting skills.
- Team management experience is an added advantage.
