Audit Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will be deputed at a client site and will assist in carrying out basic audit and accounting-related activities under the supervision of the audit team.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of audit procedures, accounting principles, and financial documentation, with a willingness to learn and gain practical experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the audit team in conducting internal and external audit activities.
• Review and verify financial records, invoices, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in checking and reconciling financial data.
• Support the preparation of audit working papers and documentation.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies, errors, or missing documentation.
• Perform basic audit testing and verification as assigned.
• Maintain proper records and ensure confidentiality of client information.
• Coordinate with client representatives to obtain required documents and information.
• Perform other audit-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• ACCA or CAF in process.
• Basic knowledge of auditing and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with financial statements, vouchers, invoices, and basic reconciliations.
• Good MS Excel skills will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work professionally at a client's premises.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Stipend: PKR 25,000
• Fuel/Travel Reimbursement: Fuel expenses incurred for commuting to the assigned client site will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
