Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and supervise financial statement audits and assurance engagements.
• Develop audit strategies, audit plans, risk assessments and audit programs.
• Review clients' financial statements, accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate financial reporting processes and identify material misstatements and financial risks.
• Assess internal controls and identify control weaknesses.
• Perform and review substantive and analytical audit procedures.
• Ensure sufficient and appropriate audit evidence is obtained and properly documented.
• Review audit working papers prepared by audit seniors and associates.
• Prepare and/or review audit reports and management letters.
• Ensure audit engagements are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Follow up on previous audit findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable auditing, accounting and professional standards.
