Audit Manager

The Audit Manager is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance that the dealership’s operations have adequate controls to ensure data integrity, security, availability, and functionality in support of overall goals and objectives. The role also ensures that processes and controls are effective, efficient, and compliant with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, and determines adherence to audit and best practices.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA or CIA certification is highly preferred.
• Additional certification in Auditing, Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields is an advantage.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7–10 years of progressive experience in audit management, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience in Internal Audit, preferably within the automotive dealership, retail, or related industry.
• Experience in fraud investigation, risk assessment, and internal control evaluation is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of audit standards, internal controls, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
