Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PIE audit engagements from planning and risk assessment through to completion
• Lead, supervise, and mentor audit teams, ensuring audit work is performed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule
• Review audit working papers and financial statements
• Develop, maintain and enhance audit tools, templates, guidance notes and practice aids, ensuring they remain aligned with professional pronouncements and evolving methodology
• Support and conduct internal technical training / sharing sessions, including preparing materials and consolidating key takeaways for the practice
• Monitor relevant technical developments and communicate updates to the practice, helping teams stay current and apply requirements consistently
• Assist Partners/Directors in business development and client relationship management

Requirements

• Qualified CPA (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification)
• At least 5 years of relevant audit experience gained from audit firm, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Solid audit experience in Hong Kong listed companies with strong knowledge of HKEX Listing Rules, HKFRS, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple engagements, and meet tight deadlines
