Audit Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager to oversee internal audit activities across our restaurant branches. The role will ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, inventory procedures, and operational standards while identifying risks and recommending improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and surprise audits of restaurant branches.
• Review cash handling, sales transactions, POS reports, deposits, and expenses.
• Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, and stock variances.
• Review purchasing transactions and supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, and potential irregularities.
• Investigate audit findings and prepare detailed reports for Management.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure findings are properly resolved.
• Develop and improve internal audit procedures, checklists, and controls.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, and Purchasing on audit findings.
• Ensure consistent compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in audit, accounting, finance, or operations audit.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, inventory, cash management, and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Willing to conduct regular branch visits and field audits.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
