Audit Manager

Job Responsibilities

* Project Management: Manage, plan, and execute audit assignments for a portfolio of clients, including private companies, SFC-licensed corporations, and investment funds (OFCs, LPFs, and CIMA Registered Funds).

*          Review & Compliance: Review financial statements, audit working papers, and tax computations to ensure full compliance with HKFRSs / IFRSs and Statutory Requirements.

*          Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coach seniors and junior audit staff, performing performance evaluations and managing workflow allocations.

*          Client & External Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and liaise with lawyers, liquidators, and other professional parties.

Job Requirements

*          Education & Qualification: Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines; HKICPA Qualified Accountant or equivalent professional qualification is a must.

*          Experience: Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in CPA firms (with at least 1–2 years at supervisory or managerial level). Exposure to fund auditing or SFC licensed corporations is a must.

*          Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
