Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to lead audits of financial and information systems, ensuring compliance with standards and sufficiency of internal and external controls. This role reports directly to the Vice President for Finance and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee audits of financial records, statements, and reports.
• Assess compliance of information systems with data security and storage requirements.
• Review and strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Draft and present audit findings with recommendations for improvements.
• Develop annual audit plans and lead audit teams.
• Manage the full audit cycle, including risk and control management.
• Verify records with other departments and ensure policy compliance.
• Evaluate inventory, assets, cash, insurance, and tax records to guide financial policy.
• Research government financial laws and ensure compliance.
• Identify risks, loopholes, and recommend cost‑saving measures.
• Conduct follow‑up audits to monitor corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience with one of the Top External Audit Firms.
• Internal audit experience required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• ERP environment experience.
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
