Audit Manager

Manpower Croatia , on behalf of its client, a reputable audit, tax and business advisory firm, is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join its team in the position of Audit Manager (m/f) .

• Zagreb

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and managing audit engagements
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, International Standards on Auditing and internal quality standards
• Coordinating audit teams, supervising the execution of audit procedures and providing expert support to clients
• Managing complex audit projects and leading and developing teams
• Collaborating with the firm's partners, other members of management and audit teams
• Actively contributing to business development and building relationships with existing and prospective clients

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in auditing
• Proven experience in leading audit teams
• Experience independently managing statutory audits of public-interest entities
• Experience communicating with executive management and supervisory boards
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
