AUDIT MANAGER

Work Location: Cebu City

Work Shift: Fixed Graveyard Shift – 9:00 PM onwards
Schedule: 24/5 Coverage

JOB SUMMARY

The Audit Manager will lead and manage a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors and Audit Supervisors, ensuring the successful delivery of audit support services while meeting established SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.

The role will oversee team performance, audit controls, client relationships, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Audit Manager will also serve as a key escalation point for clients and stakeholders while driving a culture of accountability, quality, and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, company products, and value propositions.
• Lead the successful execution of audit support services while ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Monitor team performance, audit quality, productivity, and backlog to identify areas for improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and key stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for client and carrier concerns.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and stakeholders in a matrix environment to meet client deliverables and establish priorities.
• Review audit decisions and recommendations to ensure appropriate checks and controls are in place.
• Manage team assignments and backlog to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines, cost, and quality standards.
• Proactively identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to promote high performance and a positive team culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for automation while maintaining strong audit controls and quality standards.
• Monitor operational trends and recommend strategies to improve overall team and business performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, BPO, or a related industry.
• Experience in logistics and financial analysis is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and customer management is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and mentor high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across different organizational levels.
• Strong business and technical acumen.
• Ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, set direction, and make sound decisions with limited information.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Highly professional, proactive, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule to support 24/5 operations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has strong experience in logistics, supply chain, BPO, audit, or related operations and is comfortable working with data, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
