Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors and Audit Supervisors. The role is responsible for ensuring quality audit delivery, meeting SLAs and KPIs, managing team performance, and driving continuous improvement across audit operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors and Audit Supervisors.
• Ensure successful delivery of audit support services while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance, workload, backlog, quality, and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for audit-related concerns.
• Provide sound audit decisions and recommendations while maintaining strong controls.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and deliverables.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, BPO, or a related industry.
• Experience in logistics and financial analysis is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Good business and technical acumen.
• Ability to manage priorities and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly professional, proactive, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule supporting 24/5 operations.

Work Details

Location: Cebu City
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Fixed Graveyard Shift – 9:00 PM onwards
