About the Job:

We are looking for an Audit Supervisor to lead Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across multiple regions. In this role, you will oversee audit operations, ensure the timely and accurate resolution of audit exceptions, monitor team performance against customer metrics, and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients. You will also manage workflows, drive process improvements, maintain audit documentation, and coach team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in audit, logistics, or operations.
• Required experience in a global shared services environment, BPO company, or international logistics.
• Familiarity with relevant software, business systems, and ERP/MRP platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Can start immediately, if possible.

Pay: Php42,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
