Audit Payroll Staff

About the role

This role involves assisting the Senior Auditor in reviewing the accuracy and completeness of payroll, compensation, benefits allowances, incentives, final pay, government contributions/remittances, and payroll billings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Auditor in reviewing the accuracy and completeness of payroll, compensation, benefits allowances, incentives, final pay, government contributions/remittances, and payroll billings
• Identify and document discrepancies or audit findings
• Prepare audit reports for noted findings for review by the Senior Auditor
• Maintain and organize payroll and audit-related documents and records
• Perform general administrative tasks, including operating office equipment and archiving/disposal of documents.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related field
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness with a cooperative attitude
• Strong organizational skill and high attention to details
• Knowledge in computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint)
