​What You’ll Be Doing

• ​Execute Audits: Lead and participate in financial audits, reviews, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS).
• ​Financial Reporting: Draft financial statements, audit reports, and management letters with high accuracy.
• ​Client Engagement: Connect directly with a diverse range of clients, understanding their operations and offering practical solutions.
• ​Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work alongside senior leadership while guiding and mentoring junior team members.
• ​Stay Ahead: Keep your technical edge sharp as accounting standards and audit practices evolve.

​What We’re Looking For

• ​Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or pursuing professional qualifications like ACCA/MICPA).
• ​Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in external audit within a professional services firm.
• ​Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of audit methodologies, MFRS/MPERS standards, and proficiency in audit software.
• ​Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, sharp problem-solving abilities, and solid communication skills.
• ​Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of work.
