HIRING: Audit Senior Associate

We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior Associate to join our team and support high-quality audit and assurance engagements. The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong external audit experience, solid technical knowledge, and proven leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related accounting degree
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and audit, with external audit experience required
• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, Philippine Standards on Auditing (PSA), and Taxation
• Good understanding of accounting principles and audit standards
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Willingness and ability to work with colleagues and global teams

Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications

• Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, or US GAAP
• Familiarity with international review and assurance standards
• Experience in project management, coaching, mentoring, and team supervision
• Strong risk management and facilitation skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with local and global stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to promote a positive work culture and teamwork
• Alignment with professional values, integrity, and high-quality service delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support external audit and assurance engagements
• Review financial statements and audit documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Apply relevant accounting and auditing standards, including PFRS/IFRS and PSA
• Identify and assess audit risks and recommend appropriate actions
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members
• Coordinate with clients and internal/global teams throughout the engagement
• Prepare and present audit findings, recommendations, and project updates
• Ensure timely completion of assigned audit engagements while maintaining quality standards
