Audit Software Support Specialist

Job Summary

As an Audit Automation Support Specialist, you will support users of our audit software, aBOT, work closely with developers, and contribute to system enhancements and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide system and technical support to audit software users
• Troubleshoot issues and respond to customer enquiries
• Analyse support tickets and assist in system improvements
• Work closely with developers to resolve system bugs and issues
• Ensure support processes comply with auditing standards
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience
• Strong audit and accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work independently with good communication skills
