Required

• B.S. in Accounting
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Ability to perform audit testing and document work appropriately
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop technical accounting and auditing skills

Technical exposure to:

• Basic audit methodologies and testing procedures
• Financial statement auditing
• Compliance audits
• Accounting principles and financial reporting
• GAAP fundamentals
• Financial statement preparation
• Audit documentation and workpapers
• Risk assessment concepts
• Account reconciliations and financial analysis
• Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, and audit work
• Accounting and audit software, such as CaseWare, CCH, or similar platforms
