Audit Staff

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Accounting Technology, Accounting Information System, or other related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and internal control procedures.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
• Willing to travel to assigned branches as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts physical audit and review of branch operations as needed and during the designated audit season.
• Reviews and verifies daily sales, deposits, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identifies and reports discrepancies, irregularities, and potential control issues for appropriate action.
• Prepares and submits accurate internal audit reports and findings to Management.
• Conducts physical inventory audits of parts, supplies, and other items maintained at the branches.
• Verifies the proper documentation and recording of deposit slips and other financial records.
• Ensures that branch transactions and activities comply with established company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Recommends corrective actions or improvements when control weaknesses or discrepancies are identified.
• Maintains proper audit documentation and supporting records.
• Performs other audit-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management.

Pay: From Php19,500.00 per month
