Audit Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Review warehouse processes, including receiving, unloading, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns handling.
• Inspect warehouse documentation and verify the completeness and accuracy of transaction records.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, procedural deviations, and potential control weaknesses.
• Evaluate compliance with warehouse policies, operational guidelines, access restrictions, and segregation of duties.
• Identify potential fraud, unauthorized transactions, policy violations, and other irregularities and escalate significant findings to management.
• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, supporting evidence, root causes, risk implications, and recommended corrective actions.
• Discuss audit observations with warehouse supervisors, inventory personnel, logistics staff, and other concerned departments.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to address operational issues and strengthen internal controls.
• Perform other related audit assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Internal Auditing, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in internal audit, operational audit, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain auditing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data analysis, reconciliation, and report preparation.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, objectivity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Willing to conduct regular warehouse inspections, physical inventory counts, and site visits as required.
• Candidates with a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive 2-wheel to 4-wheel vehicles are highly preferred.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
