Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field (a BS Accountancy degree is often heavily preferred).
- Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or similar credentials are a plus (though fresh graduates or non-CPAs are frequently accepted for entry-level staff/associate roles).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP or local standards), Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and ERP or audit management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, ethical integrity, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
