Audit Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct internal audits across commissaries, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety standards
• Perform process audits on inventory, production, and overall operations
• Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; recommend corrective actions
• Prepare audit reports including findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations
• Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support fraud detection, loss prevention, and risk management initiatives
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure audit readiness and compliance

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in internal audit, operations audit, or compliance (preferably in manufacturing or retail)
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industry is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,650.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
