Audit Supervisor

As an Audit Supervisor at Estavillo & Company CPAs, you will oversee external audit engagements and help ensure the quality and timely delivery of assurance services. You will provide direction to engagement teams, review audit work, address complex audit matters, and work closely with clients and senior professionals throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise external audit engagements from planning through completion
• Review audit working papers, financial information, and engagement deliverables
• Evaluate internal controls and significant audit matters
• Guide and review the work of audit associates and senior auditors
• Monitor engagement timelines, budgets, and quality requirements
• Coordinate with clients and engagement leaders to resolve audit matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• CPA license preferred
• Significant external audit experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
• Proven ability to lead and develop audit teams
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills
