Audit Supervisor

Inventory Audit & Controls

• Plan and execute inventory audits, including physical counts, cycle counts, and process reviews
• Evaluate the effectiveness of inventory controls, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks, accounting standards, and company policies
• Identify control gaps, risks, and root causes of inventory discrepancies
• Develop and track corrective action plans

Audit Execution & Reporting

• Lead internal inventory audits and support external audits
• Prepare audit programs, working papers, and audit reports
• Communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations to management
• Monitor audit issue remediation and follow up on corrective actions

Inventory Accuracy & Risk Management

• Review inventory valuation, reserves, obsolescence, shrinkage, and write-offs
• Analyze inventory variances and investigate discrepancies
• Assess inventory-related fraud risks and control weaknesses
• Ensure audit readiness for month-end and year-end inventory processes

Process Improvement & Advisory

• Partner with operations, warehouse, and supply chain teams to strengthen inventory controls
• Recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and automation
• Support implementation of best practices in inventory governance
• Provide audit guidance and training to inventory and operations teams

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead or mentor inventory audit staff or cross-functional audit teams
• Coordinate audit schedules with business units
• Act as a trusted advisor to operations and finance leadership

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in audit, inventory audit, or internal controls
• Strong exposure to inventory management and warehouse operations
• Experience supporting internal and external audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
