Audit Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of team leadership experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, BPO, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients, carriers, and stakeholders
• Experience in logistics and financial analysis; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and customer management is a plus
• Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office
• Proven ability to earn trust, motivate teams, set direction, resolve conflicts, and execute with limited information
• Solid influencing skills and strong business and technical acumen
• Experience in stakeholder management at all business levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and efficiency
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring high-performing teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, dependable, and results oriented
• High professionalism and ability to work with all organizational levels
• Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule for 24/5 coverage
