Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Audit Supervisor to lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors supporting client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

The successful candidate will oversee audit operations, ensure compliance with established processes, monitor team performance, resolve audit exceptions, and maintain service level agreements (SLAs). This role also involves coordinating with carriers, customers, and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors handling multiple client accounts.
• Oversee audit processes, identify discrepancies and exceptions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Assign and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, deliverables, and customer performance targets.
• Conduct weekly planning sessions and review KPI reports and performance scorecards.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular coaching, feedback, and development support.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for carrier and customer concerns, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Collaborate with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders to maintain service quality and address operational issues.
• Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
• Identify process gaps and non-standard practices, working with cross-functional teams to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Participate in audit reviews and team meetings to assess performance, address challenges, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive team environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, financial analysis, auditing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and customer account management is an advantage.
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve performance targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures, process documentation, and audit compliance.
• Proactive, dependable, professional, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City on a fixed graveyard shift starting at 9:00 PM and support 24/5 operational coverage.
