Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors supporting global client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The role oversees audit operations, exception resolution, customer service metrics, team performance, and process improvement while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors supporting global client accounts.
• Oversee the execution of audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit exceptions.
• Prioritize workloads, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct weekly planning sessions and review KPI reports and scorecards.
• Ensure achievement of customer metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with carriers and customers to understand requirements and provide effective support.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer and carrier concerns.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and employee development activities.
• Foster a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Customs Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory / Managerial experience.
• Experience in accounting, logistics, freight audit, financial analysis, customer management, or related fields.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders and global teams.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule supporting 24/5 operations.
