Location: Caloocan City
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Audit Team Lead to supervise and guide the field audit team. This role ensures compliance with company policies, operational procedures, inventory controls, sales processes, cash handling, and documentation standards across stores and assigned locations. The Audit Team Lead validates audit findings, analyzes discrepancies, conducts investigations, and ensures reports are accurate, factual, and reliable before submission to Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct field audits of stores, warehouses, and branches.
• Review audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and evidence support.
• Analyze audit findings to identify risks, recurring issues, and discrepancies.
• Conduct investigations into significant variances, suspected violations, or irregularities.
• Supervise and coach audit team members, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Monitor corrective actions and follow up on unresolved audit concerns.
• Prepare consolidated audit summaries and highlight significant findings for Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Internal Audit, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in auditing, compliance, investigation, or inventory control.
• Previous experience leading or supervising an audit team preferred.
• Background in retail, distribution, warehouse, or multi‑branch operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of audit principles, internal controls, and operational procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and report preparation.
• Willing to conduct frequent fieldwork and travel to different branches/locations.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
